Human Resources & Operations Manager
The HR & Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role at HIAC, overseeing human resources, internal operations, and administrative systems that support the organization’s mission and day-to-day effectiveness. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position ensures that HIAC’s people, processes, and policies are compliant, efficient, and aligned with a values-driven, client-centered culture.
Care Partner
The Care Partner is a compassionate, person-centered caregiver who provides direct support to various activities, including recreation, arts and crafts, music, community outings, exercise, and educational enrichment. They collaborate with the Program Manager to deliver engaging and stimulating activities suitable for most participants.
