Caregiver Support Services
In partnership with the Hawaiʻi County Office of Aging, Hawaiʻi Island Adult Care provides access to free caregiver support services for individuals and families across Hawaiʻi Island.
Caregiving can be both meaningful and challenging. Through our program, caregivers can receive guidance, education, and connections to available counseling and support resources within the community.
We are here to help caregivers:

Recognize and navigate caregiver stress and burnout

Access counseling and emotional support services

Build coping strategies and practical caregiving skills

Connect with local resources and support networks
Our team can assist with referrals, coordination, and ongoing support to ensure caregivers receive the help they need.
Fill out HCOA form and receive all caregiver benefits for free caregiver counseling, monthly caregiver training. Email samantha@hawaiiislandadultcare.org with completed form or drop off at the administrative office
Caregiver Respite Saturdays
Every third Saturday of the month, all Caregivers who live on Hawaii Island are welcome to attend our monthly events. These Respite Events include FREE daycare for your loved one.
