Caregiver Connections Program
At HIAC, we are proud to partner with the Hawai'i County Office of Aging and Hawaii Care Choices to provide caregiver services through our Caregiver Connections Program. Our services include monthly caregiver trainings, individual counseling, group counseling, and support groups designed to assist caregivers in their journey.
