Fall Prevention & Functional Fitness Training
We are honored, Jason Tse, OTD, OTR/L Occupational Therapist | Sleep Health Specialist is the speaker for this months' caregiver training. The purpose of this training is to help educate caregivers with fall prevention and functional fitness in the home. As a Caregiver you can expect to learn about: exercises and assessment concepts, safe home carryover, and how to connect activities to daily routines.
